The challenge
Frames are small, symmetrical and mostly transparent, and every brand shoots them the same way: flat on a light surface.
The problem
On a marketplace that sells the lens as much as the frame, a flat shot says nothing about the material, the weight or how the light passes through it.
The solution
The frames float, lit so the acetate shows its depth and the lenses throw a prism of color across the background. One portrait anchors the set and shows the fit on a face.
The result
A set that reads as a campaign and still works cropped to a square listing thumbnail.
