The challenge
Ecommerce brands send every week, and the email is often the last thing a customer sees before buying. It has to look designed and it has to arrive intact.
The problem
The inbox breaks what the browser accepts. Outlook drops absolute positioning, dark mode inverts light sections, and a template reused for the fifth time stops being read. Most email design either looks good and breaks, or is safe and forgettable.
The solution
Every campaign is a nested-table layout with inline styles and web-safe fallbacks, one breakpoint that stacks columns and reflows display type, dark-mode overrides where it matters, and a hidden preheader, address and unsubscribe on every send. Each one is built on a visual idea that belongs to that brand alone, so no two campaigns share a layout.
The result
Twenty-two campaigns, twenty-one brand worlds, published as their own portfolio. The Happy Staffy Co trial shipped with the client's real copy, products and prices, plus mobile and dark-mode renders and Klaviyo merge tags in place, and came back with a clear verdict on the design and the imagery.

A winter cross-sell for an Australian dog brand
A trial brief from Happy Staffy Co: their copy, their products and prices, my layout and AI hero imagery. Delivered as desktop, mobile and dark-mode renders, plus Klaviyo-ready HTML with merge tags and tracking on every block.
“Thanks so much for completing the trial brief. Your AI images and designs look great.”
Every AI product image starts from the client's own product photos, so the product on screen is the product in the box.
Self-initiated concepts
Twenty brands, twenty visual ideas, zero reused layouts
Concept campaigns I designed and coded to show range across niches. The brands, people and prices are fictional.
